Delivery is restricted to a 5 to an 8-mile radius from each store location.
A $9.99 delivery fee will be added to each order.
Please allow for a 60-minute delivery window after your scheduled time of delivery.
Hays Clicks orders are delivered by 3rd party operators, so the delivery person is NOT a Hays employee. If there are any comments or concerns about your delivery experience, please let us know.
An order can be delivered to a safe place at the delivery location if no one is home; however, we highly encourage having a person at the location that can accept the order. We prefer this practice because it allows us to make sure the order isn’t lost or put in the wrong place, and it guarantees that the product isn’t compromised by getting too hot or too cold.
